    The target groups and the costs

    The target groups are employees of any organization and any organization-level managers. The cost depends on the number of participants and period.

    The teachers and the teaching methodology

    As the subject is rather comprehensive and the approaches are quite new, we will include not only one instructor. For each module we will engage qualified stuff. They will adapt our presented approaches. Our expert will also participate in the course, so that the courses will run in a reasonable atmosphere that means different opinions will be represented, so that the participants will get an objective teaching material and acquire. The teaching method is based on the principle “learning to teach” which means that the participants can due to the interactive and participatory methods not only apply the acquired knowledge but also pass it to others. The teaching methods and the teaching material are based on German experience and are adapted to the Armenian reality.

    The effect of the educational program

    Taking into account the unique nature of the program, the duration and the comprehensive topic, we believe it will have its qualitative influence of individuals and organizations. In particular it will promote the time and risk management of individuals, self-organization, the effective implementation and control of individual projects and ideas. Furthermore it will give the opportunity of solving the internal problems and the conflicts in external relations of individuals. It will help to establish new partnership relations and a mutually beneficial partnership. The individuals will orientate and guide their future activities easily.

    The final certificate and career prospects

    At the end of the seminar the participants will receive a certificate of completion stamped and signed by the President of the German University in Armenia. Attached you will receive a supplement and the participants with very good results will also get a letter of recommendation / professional report. 

    Participation

    As the issues will be largely unfamiliar to the participants, we will carry out a conversation with the potential participants. The conversation will help to meet the participants rather than to choose.

    All have the opportunity to attend individual modules, because the 9-month course is not obligatory.
