The members of Senat are:

• President of GUA, Rector, Pro-rector, Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Heads of Master Courses,
• Head of Competency development center,
• Head of Science and research center, heads of institutes, representatives from Faculty and students - one student from each course.

Senat is accountable for all academic procedures of the courses. It provides consultation on general budget of GUA. Senat is a control body of GUA procedures.
